About the Deal
Let me create an e-commerce web app for you without paying the full amount. Every business has risks. In this deal, we share the risk. You will pay me a small part of the money in cash and the rest of it in sales.
Reasons Why You May Want this Deal
- Tight Budget: You don't want to spend so much money on an e-commerce website.
- Reduced Risk: You don't want to pay the full amount for a product that may not deliver on it's promises.
- Stress-free: Having a personal interest, I offer a lot of services for free. So, you won't have to worry about maintenance, and the like.
My Roles
My role in this deal is that of a contractor. My role shall be limited to the following tasks:
- Designing user interfaces
- Developing the public web app and dashboard.
- Integrating payment into the web apps.
- Hosting the web apps
- Publishing the finished products on the internet.
- Maintaining the software.
Your Roles
You'll be the owner of the software. Therefore, your role concerns the ownership of the software. Although not obliged, I may assist you in executing some of the difficult tasks. Beyond the following tasks, nothing will be expected of you:
- Getting a domain name if you don't have one.
- Providing brand information such as logo, business name, and motto
- Providing content for products and/or services such as prices, text, and images.
- Registering on payment gateways.
- Paying payment gateways.
- Managing content for products and services.
Payment
Cash payment is made upon sealing the deal. Sales payment is made either per transaction or every time my payment reaches a particular amount.
You will pay me 30% of the project charge. I'll then get 7% of the sales income. For example, If the project costs K20,000, you will pay me K6,000 in cash. If you earned K50,000 in a month, my payment would be K3,500.
Most of the other conditions in the contract for this deal are similar to those of direct payment.
